Faculty Coordinator (Chair): Starting Now.
This is a full time faculty chair position that is focused on administrating and coordinating the pedagogical mission of the school. The position includes; limited teaching, public speaking, coordination of mentors, in house teacher, and student support, pedagogical study, faculty and meeting coordination with a cohesive and supportive faculty.
A solid background and experience in Waldorf Education is required. The ability and enthusiasm for collaborative leadership, facilitating and documenting policies and procedures, tracking agendas and decisions, visioning of organizational development towards accreditation, solid verbal and written skills are essential for the position.
