Mission of the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork, A Green Independent School
To inspire the spirit of the child and elicit academic excellence through educational artistry.
Our vision is to educate children for intellectual ingenuity, moral character and global citizenship. Alongside Waldorf schools worldwide, we graduate lifelong learners who give purpose to their lives and communities.
The educational programs at Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork draw from the fountain of wisdom brought by Rudolf Steiner regarding the education of the child and the insights of anthroposophy. It is the intent that the curriculum be an enlivening and fulfilling inspiration for our students to become life-long learners and contributing members of society.
